why didn't they die?

Why didn't my cells die when they're suppose to die?
Did I grow a super duper cells?
Did my media contain some powerful chemical that it gain resistance to my nanoparticles?
Did I even put the nanoparticles? Yes I do, confirm plus chop!

This is the 2nd time it shows more or less the same results....hmmmm.... they're suppose to die!!!!
sigh!

i guess this is research, expect the unexpected!
