End of the IVP 2008 season

I'm high now...i think this is gonna be a long entry.
There's so many things to talk about...

Today (I still assume that it is still Thursday) marks the end of IVP 2008 for NTU.
We played against NYP for the 3rd/4th position.

I entered the court with great confidence (i wasn't nervous as i was for the past few games!)
My heart wasn't pumping fast at all la..
only if i was like this for all the games..
haiz...

Though we played well, we still lost to NYP.
3-2
They were lucky to score the winning goal at the end of 11 seconds.
On the other hand, we were unlucky...we could have won.
But luck wasn't on our side!
We also got not so good referees..made some bad calls!
Boo sama referee! BOO!
Hahahaha....
Though we lost, i don't feel disappointed or sad at all.
In fact, i felt proud and i LEFT THE COURT WITH NO REGRETS!-Objective met!

The team has played very well today. CONGRATS gals!
Me too....
I blocked at least 3 shots - 2 hit my leg and 1 hit my face..OUCH!
During their free hit, i ran straight to whoever this NYP player and got hit by the ball.
What does that mean? GOOD BLOCK LA! hahahah...
I think i managed to intercept most of the center pass too!
Woohoo...i felt so proud about it!
Too bad Dennis wasn't there to witness it...
But he said, he knows and he can feel it...hahaah
Jannah the goalie made a lot of saves! GREAT!
Everyone is playing at their best.
All thanks to the trainings we received
The hard work and scarifications we made paid off.
We end the season GREAT! I am proud of the TEAM!!

The NTU guys won and so they're 3rd.
They won against NUS - 7 to 2 i think!
I think they are super happy about it.
Hafeez is THE MAN la!

Anyway, after their game we took a group photo - Guys and Gals.
After those photo takings, we gave a special presents for Dennis and Louise.
The stuff we gave him are very useful and i think he really need them.
We bought him a new board (his one i think can put in the museum...heehee), a new ziploc plastic (cos he's got hole already), a Reebok tee (can't get a Fila one), a small booklet with our messages, a collage, and the most important thing is the recycle bag (the one like NTUC ones). BUT ITS FILA OK!!!! Still got brand.
We are very observant...hahahaha
For Louise we got her a pink Nike shirt plus a card.

I felt that at the end of this whole thing, we were celebrating as though we have won the championship title.
We got 4th but i think the TEAM AS A CHAMPION!
I AM SO PROUD TO BE IN THE NTU IVP TEAM 2008!

After that went for dinner at Al-azhar.
They were about 30 of us.
Damn gerek la...
Go makan together-gether.
Plus noisy also.usual la
Ate the nasi goreng pattaya but it wasn't that nice. Made a wrong choice.
They poured a lot of chili sauce on the pattaya and the 1st thing that came out from my mouth was..
"Wah like bleeding siak"
People like Amilin, Shanti, Siti, Serena started to laugh...hmmm..do u know what they were thinking of???
From there, the word 'bleeding' keep coming out from our mouth.
This is somehow like internal joke..so those who don't get it means don't get it...hahahah...
total cost was 224 bucks. Paid by Louise.
Shiok ah...heehee..Thanks Louise!

Then went home.
Jannah drove me home.
Damn love la Jannah.
Ok...i'm sounding like Jannah...hahaha...

I feel so happy now even we didn't manage to be top 3.
We end GREAT and i think that is the most important thing.

From this whole IVP season, i've learnt a lot of things.
1. Those who think Dennis is fierce or wateva coach, i think you're wrong. He's a great and funny guy. Only fierce on court. The team will agrees with me :P
2. Pick up a lot of skills through the trainings.
3. Learnt to be a stronger person in life.
4. Not to regret so much on the things that have happened because THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT BUT THERE'S SOMETHING WE CAN DO FOR THE NEXT ONE.
5.Learnt to speak up and be more vocal.
6. Because you have done your very best, there is nothing for u to regret about.
7. Anything can happen!

I can't think of others at the moment!

WATCH OUT PEOPLE...NTU WILL BE BACK IN 2009!

IVP season end = start of the league.
Not much time to rest.
Now focus on league which will end in April.
Also focus on my studies.
Been kind of eat and sleep floorball.

Will miss training with the IVP gals.
