Our 3rd League game and our second win =)
Game against Singapore School Girls. We won 9-4.
Didn't have a good start in the first period but we managed to get into the game from the 2nd period onwards.
Individually, I don't think this was my better game. Made 2 nice passes to Xinlin which she converted it to 2 goals. Awesome! Same kind of passes with the same kind of goals. =) I didn't do a lot of runnings or hard runnings. Must be the tiredness in me due to the lack of sleep, thanks to WC! Though I didn't feel it, it is somehow in me. Sigh. There are still a lot of things for me to work on especially getting my shorts on target while running down the boards. What makes a good player is their consistency. Being consistent through out. 5 more games left.
In life, there are people who come and go in our lives. Some will stay while some will evaporate into thin air. Even those who evaporate into thin air may leave a little footprint which made their short presence memorable. There are also some who are there but left a black spot. These are the people who don't worth my time, not a second. Apparently, I made a mistake last night. Wasted few minutes of my precious time on some nonsense thing which I should have not even bothered. Its ok, I learnt from my mistakes. Those are the people whom I would say like flies which fly around our food trying to contaminate them.
Sometimes, keeping quiet does not mean you lose. Like I mentioned, sometimes keeping quiet is the best thing we can do for ourselves and others. Why waste our effort on something which not worth a single thing....
