shark attack!!!!!!!!!!!

Was watching Channelnewsasia then there's news about a man who was killed in a shark attack. So something struck me....
Everytime when there's shark attack, of course the authority later will close the area and will then look for the shark responsible for the attack. So, what happen after they found the shark? Catch it and bring it to court to charge it with manslaughter or catch it then release it on an exile ocean?? heehee.....
I am being ridiculous.....
